CRE Vet Named Real Estate Surveillance Manager for Residual Value Insurance Provider
Raymond P. Meglio was named real estate surveillance manager at The RVI Group, a provider of residual value insurance based in Stamford, CT.

In his new role, Meglio will oversee surveillance of the firm’s entire real estate portfolio. He is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, previously serving as vice president and REO manager at Business Loan Express in New York City. Meglio also previously served as senior vice president, REO at Chase Manhattan Bank in Bridgeport, and spent 10 years as vice president for real estate and strategic sourcing with The Thomson Corp. in Stamford.
His experience includes handling lease and contract negotiations, construction and facilities management, property acquisitions and dispositions, and global portfolio management and surveillance.
Meglio holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College, a Master’s degree in city planning from Pratt Institute and an M.B.A. from Sacred Hearty University. He holds a real estate license in Connecticut and New York.
