Gregory Augustus Hagopian April 7, 1926 - May 4, 2008.

Gregory Hagopian passed away at his home on May 4, 2008 in Colorado Springs, CO. He was born in New York, New York on April 7, 1926 to Krikor and Anna Knable Hagopian. He was married to Jacqueline Reed Waite in 1948 and lived a happy 54 years together until her death in 2002. Their five children loved him immensely for his quick wit, sense of humor and generosity.

He enlisted in the Navy and attended Franklin and Marshall and graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Electrical Engineering. During his career he and his family had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and Europe. He enjoyed playing golf with his buddies, spending time with his grandchildren and cheering on Notre Dame football.

The last few years he has enjoyed the company of his lady friend, Jean Cummings and her family. He is survived by his sister Anna Marie Rome, sister-in-law Patricia Ruger, son Gary (JoAnn) Hagopian, daughters; Jill (John) Wendt, Dale (Chuck) Van Fosson, Holly (Tony) Grantz, Heidi Bravo, grandchildren Matthew, Alissa, Peter, Sara, Mark, Emily, Jacqueline, Rachel, Alexandria, Nicole and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 10, 2008 at 10:30am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2021 West Pikes Peak Ave., CSC. 80904. In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to Sacred Heart Catholic Church 2021 West Pikes Peak Avenue, CSC. 80904 or First United Methodist Church, 420 North Nevada Ave., CSC. 80903
