SEAN AND NICOLE SLIGER

Nicole Danielle Naddeo and Sean Patrick Sliger were united in marriage on June 7 at 5:30 p.m., at Holy Spirit Church in Asbury Park. Rev. John Spellman, uncle of the bride, officiated the ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents, Michael and Patricia Cavallero of Sewell.

Debbie Russo, friend of the bride, served as Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids included: Cheryl Cudzilo, Aubrey Kandell and Licete Snediker, friends of the bride; Charlene Sliger, sister of the groom; and Karolyn Sliger, sister in-law of the groom. Sydney Brooke Sliger, niece of the groom, served as Flower Girl.

The groom is the son of Gerry and Madeline Sliger of Staten Island, N.Y.

Keith Sliger, brother of the groom, served as Best Man.

The Ushers included: PJ McCarthy, Patrick Longobardi and Paul Cicero, friends of the groom; Thomas Sliger, brother of the groom; and Jason Naddeo, brother of the bride. Ryan James Sliger, nephew of the groom, served as Ring Bearer.

After a reception was held at the River House in Brielle, the couple headed off for their honeymoon at the Qamea Resort in Figi.

Nicole is a graduate of Washington Township High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of New Jersey. She is a CPA and Forensic Accountant for Seidman LLP in New York.

Sean is a graduate of St. Peters Boys High School in Staten Island, N.Y. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Manhattan College in Riverdale, N.Y., and went on to receive a Master of Business from Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y. He currently works for St. Jude’s Medical as a Medical Device Sales Representative.

The newlyweds met in June of 2003 at the Osprey in Manasquan. After a three and half yearlong courtship, Sean surprised Nicole with a candle lit proposal outside of her condo.

The couple currently resides in Hoboken.
