Ceasare was in the Class of 1959. the 1999 alumni directory say &quot;BA&quot; but that I believe is incorrect, as Cesare was a Civil Engineer his whole career.  I also worked with him in both the NYS DPW and the reorganized state department into the DOT. Cesare was one year ahead of me at Manhattan.
