Sister Constance Marie currently serves on the Leadership Team for Our Lady of the Angels Province, Enfield. Previous to that, she was Academic Advisor in the School of Education at Manhattan College, Riverdale, NY. From 1994 to 2002 she ministered at LaSalle Academy on New York’s Lower East Side as Director of School Counseling. She also served as Educational/Vocational Counselor at H.E.L.P. Bronx, a system of shelters founded by Andrew Cuomo, and supervisor of Health Care Homes, a specialized unit of the New York Foundling Hospital for developmentally and physically disabled children in foster care. After spending 18 years at Our Lady of the Angels Academy, Enfield, as English and Religion teacher and principal, she was Educational/Vocational Counselor at Covenant House, New York.
Sister Constance entered the Felician community from Clinton, MA in 1964. She earned a BA in English from Trinity College, Washington, DC, an MA in English from St. Michael’s College, VT, an M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from the Catholic School Leadership Program at Boston College, an MS in Counseling from Fordham University and a Professional Diploma in Counseling from Manhattan College.
