New headquarters for Leukemia and Lumphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Connecticut Chapter is proud to announce its new Executive Director, Jeannie Montano. Ms. Montano is a thirteen year veteran of LLS, having worked for LLS as the Executive Director of the Westchester/Hudson Valley Chapter and most recently as Director of Eastern Divisions for LLS Home Office in White Plains, New York. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Manhattan College, and is excited to be leading the staff of the Connecticut Chapter from its new Wilton Office, in support of LLS’ mission to Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s Disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. “I look forward to working with our patients, their families, and our volunteers here in Fairfield County”, said Montano. ” LLS is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, and I know together we can help make a difference for blood cancer patients.”

The Connecticut Chapter is pleased to announce the opening of its new Main Office – at 372 Danbury Road in Wilton, Connecticut. To celebrate, the Chapter is inviting supporters of the fight against blood cancers to attend its Grand Opening Celebration on Monday, November 2, 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Refreshments will be available, and LLS staff will be on hand to share important information about how the Fairfield County community may support the crucial search for blood cancer cures.

The Connecticut Chapter serves patients and raises funds statewide through its Main Office in Wilton, and its Branch Office in Meriden, Connecticut.
