Ed McGarvey is an experienced finance executive with a deep background in aviation finance, structured finance, and banking. Mr. McGarvey joined the company in March 2009 from HSH Nordbank, where he was Senior Vice President, Head of Aviation Americas, responsible for finance and business development for the bank’s aviation finance unit.Prior to HSH Nordbank, Mr. McGarvey was a Vice President in the Capital Markets group at GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS) from 1996 to 2006. He played an active role in portfolio and securitization initiatives.As the company’s Treasurer, Mr. McGarvey is responsible for capital markets and corporate finance efforts as well as banking, cash management, insurance, hedging and investor relations activities.Mr. McGarvey is a certified public accountant with a B.S. in accounting from Manhattan College.
