If you’ve got a soft spot for a good cause, a craving for cookies and a tendency to root for the underdog, I’m your gal.

And did I mention that I’m not too proud to beg?

Please, please, please, bid on my cookies.

And don’t think you’re off the hook if you live out of town, or can’t make Thursday’s fundraiser for some other reason. You can place advance bids by visiting the Children’s Center’s website at www.thechildrencenter.org.

[JR: Jasper Melissa's cookies are up for bid. For charity. (Not surprising that a Jasper does "charity".) Would be nice if a remote Jasper was the winning bidder. Certainly would put a shocked smile on her face. She doesn't think she's a "celebrity"!]

Introducing your wedding starting linup part 2

You’ve met the idiots that will be standing next to me on the groom’s side of the church, lets take a look at the other half. Once again, I used the worst possible photos I could find of these people on facebook.

Maid of Honor – Kerry

Kerry is one of the fiance’s two sisters and also currently attends Manhattan College, which is the school the fiance and I attended back in the day. I was under the impression that the maid of honor was supposed to be pretty involved in the wedding planning, but I have yet to get one memo from her, and she also refuses to takes notes when asked.

Since Kerry is a fellow ManColl attendee, more than half of the people in the wedding party (five out of eight) will be Jaspers. This is great news if you are a fan of people who have lived in the Bronx for an extended period of time, but bad if you are a fan of people who had a well-adjusted college experience.

JEmail: Vaccarino, Carmine (MC1957) about Tebow

Fellow Alums,

Please read the article below on Tim Tebow and his mother Pam and the 30 sec spot on the superbowl. This show the intolerance of the pro-abortion activist.

Let’s all inundate CBS with calls and Faxes requesting that they do not cancel the spot.
