For those of you here, who suffer through my continued lamentations for “small challenges” — since I’m not up to the big ones like my fellow alums, I thought you’d enjoy a hoot.
Yesterday, I found a small “worthless” Verizon pay as you go phone, called the ICE number, and left it in a “lost and found”. Then later the same day, I found a wallet, stuffed with … … drum roll please … … two dollars, some credit cards, id card, and driver’s license. I happily returned it to the kid last night.
So the Universe is keeping my moral challenges, as Goldilocks was reputed to say, “just right”.
I thought this was funny. Funny ha ha. Not funny peculiar.
