Summary
After 25 years in the Accounting, Finance and Business Support arenas I transitioned to Human Resources. Since that time I have been been a key player in the development of centralized HR Services, and have been managing Domestic Relocation, Staffing Services, HR Vendor Services, as well as performing HR Generalist responsibilities. I have successfully brought the business perspective to HR, and have effectively been able to align many of the HR services and initiatives with business strategies.
Since Ciba was purchase by BASF, I have been involved in the HR Integration project, as a part of the PMO. This has afforded me the opportunity to become involved in the intracacies of an integration project, as well as expand my knowledge of the various HR functions supporting the organization
