Summary: PATRICK J MORRISSEY obtained his Civil Engineering degree from Manhattan College then did graduate work at Newark College of Engineering in Concrete and Construction Management. Concrete and Masonry experience – started as VP of Windsor Probe Test Systems until he opened ConSpec Associates Inc. in 1976. Major marketing efforts of “new” technologies includes introduction of Mighty Super plasticizers from ICI Americas in the early 80’s, Pyrament Activated Cements in the early 90’s and Cintec Anchoring Systems for masonry strengthening and stabilization. More recently through brownstone.us he trademarked the Weser name for a specific quarry in Germany which now enjoys proprietary status with many specifiers.
