Leigh A. Mulroy bought a home at 57 Centre St. in Pelham Bay/Country Club/City Island {Privacy Invoked} on Mar. 28.
The 826-square-foot house was built in 1899 in Pelham Bay/Country Club/City Island.
Mulroy is a chief of environmental compliance at New York City Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Engineering, Design & Construction. He previously served the agency as deputy chief of compliance for Bureau of Water Supply.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Manhattan College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 100 home sales in Pelham Bay/Country Club/City Island during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $410,555.
