Jason P. Thorpe, P.E., joins John P. Stopen Engineering, LLP as a geotechnical engineer.
Thorpe has more than 10 years’ experience performing subsurface investigations and solving complex geotechnical problems.
Previously, he served as geotechnical engineer of record for several mining, arctic, environmental and municipal earthwork projects.
Thorpe holds a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from Queen’s University, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College.
He is a licensed professional engineer in New York State, and in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut in Canada.
He resides in Fayetteville.
