JEMAIL: Colon, Philip J. (MC1962) about “doing great and small things graciously”

Dear Brothers and Sisters In Christ,

It has been said that ” You don’t have to do great things to make a difference. You can make a great differenceby doing small things gratiously.”

Over the years, when you have been thanked for your prayers, good thoughts and good wishes, one or more of you have said: “We have done nothing, no big deal.” You cannot be further from the truth. Your commitment, dedication, heartfelt prayers and the love you share so profoundly in your prayers are indeed a big deal. You are all an exception, you do great and small things graciously and make a difference each time you offer a prayer for someone in need of our prayers.

When I think of Gods gifts to us, Our Littlest Jasper, Luke, that precious litlle sweetheart, Eloise and of course that small wonder, Jackie and our friends and loved ones amongst us and those called home and the many others that have been in our prayers, I know that God smiles upon each of you each time you raise your voices in prayer. As someone I know always says in her ministry, ” Thank You For Being.” Raise the volume in thanks for the many times our prayers have been answered, as we give thanks for each other.

To each of you from the many whom you have touched through your prayers, Thank you. Merry Christmas. God Bless.
