John C. Hall, the founder and president of Hall & Associates, focuses on innovative solutions for modification of and compliance with environmental mandates under the water, air, and hazardous waste programs. Mr. Hall is an expert on water quality criteria and standards, NPDES permitting, compliance issues, and coalition building. He represents industries, municipalities, and associations throughout the country and has substantial experience in environmental permitting, site-specific standards development, dispute resolution, regulatory impacts analysis, watershed planning, nutrient trading, legislative drafting, mathematical modeling of water quality standards, and treatment plant performance.
Mr. Hall received his B.A. degree in mathematics from St. John’s University in 1978 and his M.S. degree in environmental engineering from Manhattan College in 1980. He obtained his law degree from George Washington University in 1984.
