I’ve been following this doctor for a while and while it’s hard to change what one eats, I’m starting to “turn the Titanic”. I figure I have to live to 132 to steal back my “social security” money that was stolen from me — ignoring the time value of money. It’s hard to argue with his concept of “evidence based medicine” or the Hippocrates quote “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
