Daniel G. De Pasquale, Esq.
Daniel G. De Pasquale is a member and founder of the Firm. He represents clients in litigation matters, including real property, estate, and employment cases. His clients include corporations, investors, and individuals. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. De Pasquale gained years of valuable experience at Cullen and Dykman LLP wherein he represented lenders, banks, corporations, and other financial institutions in litigation and transactional matters. While in law school, Mr. De Pasquale served as an intern to the Honorable John B. Riordan of the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court. He served as Articles Editor of the Touro Law Review and published Larabee v. Governor, 26 Touro L. Rev. 759. Additionally, he was Co-Director of the Student Colloquium, appointed a Faculty Fellow, served as a Teaching Assistant, and was placed on the Dean’s List several times.
