My Experiences With Exercise
Tough, Yet Effective, Teachers
by Peter Calicchia

About the Book

This book recounts Peter’s relationship with sports and exercise, specifically football and weight training. From these two sports, Peter learned certain invaluable life lessons, such as discipline, responsibility, accountability, perseverance, and hard work. His experiences with sports also led him to pursue his passion in life and were the main reason he chose a major in Exercise Science on the track toward physical therapy at Manhattan College. The story itself may not appeal to everyone at first, but the lessons that can be learned from reading the book will appeal to anyone.

Dear John,

I believe that Peter may still be a Student at Manhattan.

McEneney, Mike (MC1953)

[JR: Thanks, Mike. Much appreciated.  Excellent, wish I could have done such when I was a student.  Of course, I’d have had to forego the parties, work, bridge games, girls, and all manner of other distractions.  Which, also, was reflected in my index.]
