1933 – 2019 Obituary 

Richmond, VA – Robert (Bob) Francis Moloney passed away peacefully in his home in Richmond, Virginia on Saturday, February 23rd after a long illness.

Bob was born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY in 1933. He attended St. Anselm parochial school in Brooklyn, high school at LaSalle Academy in New York City and graduated from Niagara University in 1955 cum laude with a degree in BBA Accounting. Bob was also awarded an Associate Degree in Systems and Data processing from NYU in 1966 and an MBA in International Finance from Manhattan College in 1985.

After graduation from college, Bob entered to US Army as a Second Lieutenant, took his basic training at Fort Bragg, NC, artillery and survey school at Fort Sill, OK and then served 18 months in Germany and 6 months at Fort Carlson, CO. He was honorably discharged as a First Lieutenant, and Headquarters battery Executive Office of the 775 Field Artillery known as St. Barbara’s Best.

He is survived by his wife, Ann, four children, Robyn, Tracy, Kerri and Kristen. He also has 5 grandchildren.

During his long career, Bob travelled extensively throughout the world. He was an avid skier and during his trips managed to ski where ever possible.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 3rd from 4-7pm at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, http://www.vpfh.com, 257 Godwin Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 4th at 10am at St. Luke’s R.C. Church, 340 N. Franklin Tpke., Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ 07423. Interment to follow at St. Luke’s Cemetery.

JOBIT: Armfield, Raymond Jr. [MC1985 RIP] 2018-Nov-05



Raymond Armfield Jr.

Long Island – Raymond Armfield Jr. 52 of Douglaston N.Y. passed thru Heavens gates at the V.A. Hospital in Northport N.Y. peacefully with his family by his side on November 5th 2018. He was born in Staten Island December 18, 1966, son of Raymond Armfield Sr. and Helen Tellefsen.

He graduated high school from Susan B. Wagner School in 1983 and graduated college at Manhattan College in 1985. Raymond enlisted in the U.S. Army Airborne School in 1985. Upon return from the military in 1987 he worked at Total Systems in Columbus GA returning to Long Island in 2002 working for Data Conversions Laboratory until the present retiring due to health problems. He had a ready smile for everyone, loved his family dearly, and a special love for animals with Zebra’s being his favorite.

Ray is survived by his companion Joe Camaratta Jr. and Licia Camaratta whom he helped care for and loved dearly. His father and mother (Marilyn Gydesen Armfield) Lyons Falls, N.Y. Sister’s Dawn Armfield (Companion Mark Peters) Adams, N.Y., Carol Ann Thomas (Husband David) Adams, N.Y., Jessie Armfield Watertown, N.Y., Step sister Melissa Griffin (Husband Steven) Fowlerville N.Y., Step Brother David Gydesen (wife Brenda) Glenfield, N.Y., several Nephews, Nieces, cousins, and his extended Camarrata families who he loved so much. Funeral was November 21st, 2018 at 9:45a.am. at St. Anastasia’s Church Douglaston, N.Y. and a memorial service is being held on Saturday Dec. 1st 2018 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Lyons Falls NY for our local families and friends, with a luncheon immediately following in the dining room of the church.

JOBIT: Heydenburg, Joseph [MC1985 RIP]



Joseph Heydenburg


Joseph, age 51, died peacefully at his father’s home in Forestburgh, NY on October 10, 2014.

Joseph graduated from Bergen Catholic High School and Manhattan College and grew up in Ridgewood.

He was an assistant hockey coach which was his passion.

He is survived by his father Richard and step mother Linda, his mother Mary O’Brien, and brothers Michael, Thomas and Patrick.

The family held a private gathering at the home and will be attending a memorial mass for alumni at Bergen Catholic HS on November 8 at 10:00.

JOBIT: Pyle, Nina De Jesus [MC1985 RIP]




Nina De Jesus Pyle, 51, of West Richland, WA passed away on Saturday, June 7th, 2014 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Nina was born Enedina De Jesus Peralta in Santiago Rodriguez Dominican Republic to Antonio Peralta and Beatriz Bueno.

At the age of 15, she moved to New York City to live with her father. Nina resided there until 2006 before relocating to Richland, WA.

Prior to moving to New York, her mother married Joaquin Sang. From that union she had two siblings. Nina attended and graduated with honors in 1981 from Louis Brondeis High School in New York.
Nina then attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY in 1985 receiving her BA in Business Administration.

Nina then received her certification from Dale Carnegie Center Excellence in NYC in 1999. Nina was fluent in several languages. Nina had a son from a union with Jerry Daniel Gonzalez. In 2006 she and Timothy A. Pyle were married.

Nina’s career throughout her adult life involved working in the banking industry in areas of administrative and analytical investigation involving banks throughout the world. Most recently, Nina worked HR admin positions working closely with Homeland Security.

Nina was well known for her passion in cooking multicultural dishes.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather Joaqin Sang.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy A. Pyle of West Richland; Sons, Jacob Gonzalez, New York, NY, Anthony R. Pyle of Seattle, WA; daughter, Talia J. Wolfgramm of Scottsdale, AZ; brothers, Jose Miguel (Brenda) Sang Bueno of Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic, Joaquin Ramon (Denise)Sang Bueno, Sammy Peralta (Hanna), Antonio Peralta Jr. all of New York; sisters, Olgita Peralta of New York, NY, Evelyn and Easter Peralta both of Providence, RI; and her father, Antonio Peralta also of Providence, RI.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Paradise Chapel located at 4500 Paradise Drive, West Richland.

JOBIT: Flood, James J. [MC1985 RIP]



FLOOD–James, J., 55, of Manhattan, NY, died Friday, August 9, 2013.

Predeceased by his parents, Jim was the devoted only child of James J. and Doris (nee Baker) Flood. Survivors include his maternal aunt, Audrey (Peter) Hickey (nee Baker), his paternal aunt, Sally (the late Robert) Flood and cousins Johanna Kagel, Tara, Catherine and (the late Denise) Hickey, Robert, Stephen, Thomas and John Flood.

Jim was a 1979 magna cum laude graduate of Fordham University and earned his MBA from Manhattan College in 1985. He began his career at the CBS Broadcast Group, answering viewer questions about news programming, leaving for the opportunity to work at the New York City Mayor’s Office of Operations. He became a manager for the New York City Department of Homeless Services, which led to a position as the Director of Human Resources for Common Ground in 2000, a nonprofit social services organization in New York City whose goal is to create high-quality permanent and transitional housing for the homeless.

Jim was born and raised in the Bronx, was devoted to his faith, and was a member of the Church of St. Raymond and St. John the Evangelist. Jim was a Manhattan resident for over 30 years.

The wake will be at Frank E. Campbell The Funeral Chapel at 1076 Madison Ave., Manhattan, NY on Friday August 16th from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. Mass of Christian burial 10am on Saturday August 17th at St. John the Evangelist, 348 East 55th St., Manhattan, NY. Interment at St. Raymond’s Cemetery following the mass, 2600 Lafayette Avenue, Bronx, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
