CNY Appoints Michael Geary as Director of MEP Technical Services Group
CNY, one of New York City’s leading construction management firms, today announced the appointment of Michael Geary as Director of CNY’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Technical Services Group.
In his new role, Mr. Geary will be responsible for managing CNY’s Technical Services MEP professionals, who oversee all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including alternative construction engineering studies and procurement.

Prior to joining CNY, Mr. Geary held various positions at construction management firms, including Director of MEP, Project Executive and Senior Project Manager, as well as Principal at a distinguished engineering firm. He has worked on large projects in the residential, hospitality, commercial and gaming sectors throughout New York City, such as Admiral’s Row at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Resorts World Casino, Brooklyn’s Edge Buildings, and the Moxy Downtown hotel.
Mr. Geary received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and French from Manhattan College. He is a licensed NYS Professional Engineer and is OSHA 10 Certified.
