Subject: Grace Feeney RIP
Hi! I received a phone call from Larry Feeney, one of Grace Feeney’s son’s, telling me that Grace passed away yesterday, July 15th. Grace was the voice of the Manhattan College Alumni Society for many years. She was the pleasant voice that answered that phone and was always ready to assist any Alum that called. The last few years Grace was confined to a nursing home where her presence was hard to ignore. She will be missed by many. Her wake will be on Wednesday July 19th at The Williams Funeral Home on Broadway and 231st Street from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9. The Masswill be Thursday morning (Time to be announced) at St Barnabas RCChurch at 241st and Martha Ave in Woodlawn. Please keep Grace and her family in your prayers. May She Rest In Peace.

Good Afternoon All,
It is with sadness that I share news from Larry Feeney through Mike McEneney, that Larry’s Mom, Grace Feeney, was called home on Saturday, July 15, 2017. Mike was on the money when he referred to Grace as the voice of the Manhattan College Alumni Society for many years. She truly was that pleasant voice that answered the phone and was always ready to help any Alum that called. She was a master of one liners, a quick wit and a smile that welcomed you on the phone or in the office. Many of us knew, loved and respected Grace. My Wife Peggy once said to me, after meeting Grace, I can see why you think the world of Grace, a very special Lady. The last few years of Grace’s life were spent in a Nursing Home where as Mike said, her presence was hard to ignore. Grace will be missed by so many.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at:
Williams Funeral Home
Broadway and 231st Street
2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
7:00 PM to. 9:00 PM
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 7/20/17 (time to be announced) at: St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church
241st Street and Martha Ave.
We pray for the repose of Grace’s soul and for her Family as the Family mourn the loss of their loved one. We pray that they find comfort in the sure knowledge that Grace is at peace in God’s Eternal Embrace. God Speed Grace.
Thank you. God Bless.
